SWEEPSTAKES OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 AND OLDER

US LAWS GOVERN THIS SWEEPSTAKES VOID IN APO/FPO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF US, GUAM, THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. How to Enter: The Campbell’s Select Harvest Wellness Spa Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 A.M. EST on August 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59 P.M. EST on April 30, 2011 (“Promotion Period”). Go to www.selectharvestspa.com and follow the instructions to fully complete and submit the registration form as instructed. Participants must follow all instructions to enter. Entries must be manually key-stroked; any attempt by an entrant to enter multiple times through the use of multiple e-mail addresses or the use of any robotic or automated devices to submit entries will result in disqualification of such entries. The entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, contain inaccurate information, do not fully comply with these rules or that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind are not eligible. Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. By entering, Entrant warrants that his or her entry information is true and does not infringe upon or misrepresent the identity of another party. No purchase is necessary for entering this sweepstakes. LIMIT- ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON and/or email address.

2. Sweepstake Grand Prize Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries and entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification. Drawing will be conducted on or about June 6, 2011. Drawing will be handled by FamilyTime LLC. CampbellsSelectSpaDiet (“Promoter”), an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email and must sign and return any required affidavit of eligibility and liability release within fourteen (14) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited. The Sponsor reserves the right to choose an alternate winner should the original winner be unresponsive within 14 days of the sweepstakes notification. Decisions of the Promoter will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein and who are at least 18 years or older at time of entry ("Entrant(s)"). Void where prohibited by law. Employees agents, representatives, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and their respective household members of Sponsor and its promotional partners and their respective parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible. Void in Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded a “getaway” weekend for two (2) at a hotel & spa property of the Sponsors choice consisting of a Thursday night, a Friday night and a Saturday night stay, and two (2) day spa treatments valued up to $300 each. The chosen hotel & spa property will be located within “driving distance” of the winner and will be located in the United States. “Driving distance” is defined here as not more than approximately 250 miles from the home address of the Winner. Winner must obtain his or her own transportation to hotel & spa property. All costs associated with travel to the hotel & spa property are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner is solely responsible for all unspecified incidentals, including, but not limited to, transportation, meals, beverages, gratuities, phone calls, insurance, taxes, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included in the Prize. Final hotel & spa choice lies solely with the Sponsor. Sponsor will work directly with the Winner to book Spa treatments that will be chosen by the Winner, not to exceed $300 per spa participant. The approximate retail value of the prize is $4,600.00. Depending upon the Winner’s chosen timeframe of the “get-away”, pricing fluctuations or seasonal pricing for accommodations may vary; any difference in these values will not be awarded. “Get-away” is subject to hotel availability, holiday and blackout dates, and other restrictions/conditions and must be booked at least 45 days prior to the date of arrival. Once “get-away” dates have been booked, no change, extension or substitution of “get-away” dates is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If Winner elects to travel without a Guest, no additional compensation will be awarded. Sponsor will not replace any lost items during “get-away”. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for the prize (or prize component), except that the Sponsor, at their sole discretion, may substitute a prize (or prize component) with one of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability. WINNER WILL HAVE ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE NOTIFICATION DATE TO UTILIZE THIS PRIZE OR IT WILL BE FORFEITED. Winner will be solely responsible for all taxes (federal, state, local and/or income) associated with winning this prize as well as all expenses otherwise incurred by the Winner and not listed as a part of the Prize above. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 from the Sweepstakes Sponsor for the total approximate retail value (ARV) of the Prize (stated above) in the calendar year in which the prize was fulfilled.

5. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning are based upon the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Conditions of Participation: All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any prize that he or she may win, each Entrant agrees to release the Sponsor and each of their respective successors, employees, agents, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Each Entrant authorizes the Sponsor to use his/her name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, and on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses, liabilities or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize including participation in any activity or travel related thereto, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; (v) any inability of Winner to accept or use any prize (or portion thereof) for any reason and such prize or portion thereof shall be forfeited; or (vi) any printing, typographical, human administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.

7. Internet: Sweepstakes Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, will select the winner(s) from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by the Sweepstakes Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sponsor representatives. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SWEEPSTAKES SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

8. Winner's List: Upon request, the names of Winners will be available after June 30, 2011. Send a separate self-addressed, stamped envelope to Select Harvest Spa Sweepstakes, 101 Merritt Blvd, Trumbull, CT 06611. Requests for the names of the winners must be received no later August 15, 2011.
